What data we process
We only process data you provide via the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and message text. We also process anonymised visit statistics (page views, device type, country) — only if you consent to analytics cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact form data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry and potential business cooperation). Analytics cookies are processed solely on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Retention period
Contact data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 2 years from last contact. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous — it contains no personal data.
Cookies
We use only analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics) to track aggregate traffic. We do not use any marketing or third-party tracking cookies. You may withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored in Supabase cloud database on servers in the European Union. Analytics data is processed by Vercel, Inc. (USA) under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, data portability, restriction of processing, and the right to object. To exercise these rights, contact info@polnemo.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
